When I moved back to the Bay Area in 2010, I picked up a new hobby: hiking. It started with the trails of San Francisco; both urban and natural. Then I ventured the trails throughout the Peninsula both inland and coastal. With each new trail came a new Facebook photo album documenting my hiking experience. I was surprised that I had a loyal viewership that often looked forward to my next trail. When my facebook profile mysteriously disappeared (thanks Gia), I lost interest in photo documenting my hikes. In fact, my hiking habit significantly decreased this past year due to my working on the final project for my MA degree. Now that I've completed my degree, I have more time to explore new trails. This time I will venture north to Marin County with my camera and Daisy in tow. It is my goal to return to my weekly hiking routine and post a new entry with photos and commentary.
Enjoy!
